If the micro-cut does not stabilize the window, NexCut stops and activates the Causal Engine to distinguish process error from hardware failure.

The Causal Engine compares the micro-cut with the expected behavior: if it detects recurring instability, it interprets it as a failure and halts production. In V1 it relies on the causal experiment; later versions will integrate sensor data for faster, more precise diagnosis.
